I interviewed six realtors and Kim immediately stood out from the pack -- she was knowledgeable, proactive, professional, nice, honest, and added value from the get-go by providing a thoughtful market analysis and marketing proposal, as well as excellent counsel.



Kim's value-added and strategic counsel were worth their weight in gold. For example, before we went to market a comparable property was listed and immediately went into escrow. Not only did Kim know about the comp, but she toured the property, spoke with the selling agent, and presented a compare-and-contrast of our property versus the other that helped us make important decisions about where to price.



Further, I live out-of-state and Kim was not only my eyes and ears, but she also took the lead on everything that needed to happen to prepare the property for sale. And she had thoughtful recommendations on high-gain improvements that more than paid for themselves.



I've done a few "for sale by owners" over the years and am so glad to have partnered with Kim Parke on the sale of our property. Yes, it was a desirable home in a great neighborhood, but thanks to Kim we had multiple offers above our asking price.

My brother found Jessica through a repairman. I agreed to meet her and liked her instantly. More so after the interior decorator/stager she brought with her discussed suggested modifications to our father's home that would help increase the sale price of the house. Everything went smoothly. Jessica was always available when I called and quick to respond/act if need be.

I've used other real estate agents before, but I would recommend Jessica over anyone else now. Jessica has a better vision, sees potential, and has better connections for getting things done (repairwork, electrical, tile work, landscaping, etc.). The staging was phenomenal as were pictures and video. I'm also going to recommend that staging is always done when selling a home from now on. It definitely helps. My father's house looked like a magazine cover (living room) once it was finished being staged!

Lori Golden went above and beyond to ensure that the entire selling process was as smooth and stress-free as possible. Everyone that helped was always on top of every detail and made sure that nothing fell trough the cracks. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, our home sold in a day! The process was during a time we had to be out of town on family matters, and stress free is what we needed. Virginia Ferguson has been our agent since 2012. She helped us find our first home in NC. She was the agent who helped sell our first home so we could move into a retirement community in 2021. When we decided to move in 2022 we called Virginia to help us indour new home. She has always guided us through both buying and selling our homes. If we need to move again it will be Virginia we will call.

Kim Parke was one of the best decisions we made in buying our first house. She was very approachable from the beginning, had extensive knowledge of the area we were looking in, and represented us with the utmost professionalism.
